I work to create compelling and intuitive experiences for customers. My work is rooted in the belief that design methods and using a human centered approach create the strongest impact.

I am well versed in human centered design, service design, and user experience design methodologies, and have applied them in both the public and private sector as well as in start up and well established highly regulated environments.
